Structure

The no-plate base mold assembly is made from specially heat-treated high wear-resistant alloy steel blanks, and its working surface is precisely ground to provide an extremely flat and wear-resistant base surface for the brick坯. The excitation system is driven by a high-frequency motor with adjustable eccentric blocks， which directly acts on the bottom mold and is flexibly isolated by high-strength rubber air springs and the mainframe frame.
