Structure

The internal mechanical transmission and execution topology of this Cement Brick Making Machine is mainly composed of three major dynamic operating mechanisms that are closely integrated. The upper part is the forced breaking and spreading assembly, where the inner cavity of the spreading vehicle is equipped with multi-axis breaking and mixing blades driven by an independent speed reducer motor. As the servo motor drives the spreading vehicle to move rapidly back and forth on the guide rail, dry-hard materials are forcibly and evenly filled into the lower mold cavity. The middle part is the hydraulic pressing and mold frame lifting assembly, where the main press head is suspended below the main crossbeam and realizes rapid descent and slow press with the material through a large-diameter oil pipe; the surrounding mold frames are sleeved around the press head and are controlled by four symmetrical demolding oil cylinders. After the molding is completed, the mold frames are vertically lifted upward by the oil cylinders on the outside to expose the brick坯 on the bottom support plate. The lower part is the independent vibration platform assembly that provides excitation energy. It is flexibly connected with the main machine base through high-strength shear rubber springs and precisely transmits the high-frequency mechanical energy generated by the vibration motor to the concrete materials inside the mold.
